I’m Samsonova Julia, a passionate psychologist and art therapist hailing from the lively city of Kyiv, Ukraine. For nearly two years, I’ve called the Netherlands my home.
Back in Ukraine, I dedicated my professional journey to fostering mental well-being, working as a psychologist with both adults and children. Armed with a master’s degree in psychology and specialized certifications in art therapy, gestalt, positive psychotherapy, and expertise in PTSD, I’m committed to bringing a holistic approach to mental health. My conviction lies in the transformative power of a strong therapeutic alliance, where genuine connection paves the way for healing and positive change.
In my practice, I approach each client with care, emphasizing acceptance, empathy, and unwavering support, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. As a calm and confident individual, I strive to make a meaningful impact by facilitating healing processes and promoting positive transformations.
Beyond my professional life, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life. In my free time, you’ll often find me on a yoga mat, immersed in a good book, or exploring new corners of the world through travel. Family is at the heart of my world, with two children and a furry companion, my dog, enriching my life in beautiful ways.
I’m excited to connect and share in the journey of growth and self-discovery with you all.
